1. Warranty Coverage:

  • It's important to provide customers with peace of mind and added value, that is why Cool-Hause offers 30 days limited warranty starting from the date of purchase on all equipment purchased from us. However, by subscribe to our email list cutomers will benefits with an extended 60 days warranty free of charge, plus access to direct offers, future promotions and updates. 
  • Offering extended warranty periods beyond the initial 30 or 60 day period for select items is another valuable feature that will enhance customer satisfaction and trust. Cool-Hause is focused on providing quality products and services to its customers that will last. 

2. Covered Items:

  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Functional issues arising from normal use are also covered.

3. Warranty Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Consumable parts and accessories are not covered (e.g., needles, cartridges, cables, etc.).
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches and dents are not covered.

4. Warranty Claims:

  • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process.

5. Resolution Options:

  • Cool-Hause will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product during the warranty period.
  • If a replacement is not available, a comparable product or store credit will be offered.

6. Return Shipping:

  • If the equipment needs to be shipped for warranty service, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to us.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Cool-Hause  is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

8. Transferability:

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
